2Filename/RPS Number AFRICOM Case Study  Conduct Pilot project for the Africa Command (AFRICOM).  Analyze and prioritize challenges facing AFRICOM as they assist African partners in achieving a more stable environment in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).  Identify key factors related to instability in the DRC and understand their relationship.  Identify surrounding countries in Central Africa whose situation and behavior is helping de- stabilize the DRC.  Track factors over time and create predictive models of change in the DRC.
