Lets review what is required in the body of the report  Letter from the President  A summary of the annual activities for each year emphasis on the last current closing year, and outlook to the future, A report for each Company’s (SBU) < Name the SBU’s – Period 0 < The close of 2000 Remember you took over control in Jan of 2001 use dates not periods in your reports… – Period 1-2 < The close of 2001 – Period 3-4 < The close of 2002 – Period 5-6 < The close of 2003 – Period 7-8 < Projection to 2004

Lets review what is required in the body of the report (Continued)  Mission and Values  Statement by the Auditors  Balance sheet  Cash flow statement  P&L statements

Lets review what is required in the appendices  One separate sealed envelope, with the student evaluations inside (each one sealed in their own envelope) Page 73 The Corporation  Each Decision for each Period – Include the rational for each incident with the period – Special notes if the group was divided? Conflict? Etc… – Any special notes on the performance of a team member if performance or attendance is an issue (Optional) To support information in Peer Evaluations  Any Charts or Graphs by period, or any analysis tools  SWOT Anylaysis’

Due Dates  The written report due class Period Dec 2 nd  Oral Reports –15 min. max per team & 10 min. for questions by other teams – Total 25 min. – Dec 2 nd Tuesday -Teams # 4,3,7 & 5 – Dec 4 th Thursday – Teams # 1,2,6 & 8  The Final Exam is Tuesday Dec 9 th 10:15-12 noon Chapters 8-13 only similar to Midterm (Should take only 1 hour) Max 50 Questions  What about Tuesday Nov 25 th Dec #6 Due – What about a class meeting or no meeting and work on reports.
