Have many social contacts and activities – Party a lot! Dances Luncheons Church/Temple groups Community service groups (Masons, Scottish Rite) Travel

Nutrition Moderation is the key! Eat less red meat “I eat less red meat than I ever have in my life” Lots of fruits and veggies Lower salt intake Less sugar and carbohydrates Mediterranean Diet: Lots of garlic, greens and olive oil
