Transcriptions vs. Captions TRANSCRIPTIONCAPTION

Getting Ready You have to make a video You need a transcription of the spoken content of the video There’s no way to add video descriptions, therefore the Narrator should describe important actions thus incorporating it into the video DO NOT include quiet pauses in the audio

Fixing Transcription Errors #1 Go to the videos tag, subtitles and download It will be named caption.sbv

Fixing Transcription Errors #2 After downloading the file it will be an.sbv Open it with notepad Copy it into Microsoft word to format it if needed
