“A generic term for all technologically supported learning using an array of teaching and learning tools that utilize electronic media such as phone bridging, audio and video tape, video teleconferencing, satellite broadcast and the more commonly recognized forms of web-based training or computer aided instruction also commonly referred to as online courses.” (TCROLDE, 2002 as cited in Arinto and Garcia, 2009). eLearning

Lifelong Learning “ learning progression beginning at birth and ending only with death which encompasses both the formal and alternative learning systems” (Philippine EFA 2015)
