Administrator Validation Home Screen Once you have been setup on the system as an administrator you will have access right s to log into the Validation Screen. You will be set up as an administrator by ing your name, UNN user name (i.e. ABCD1) and your School or department to the following address: Enter your UNN Username e.g. ABCD1 here Enter your UNN password here Click on “Log in” button to proceed

Administrator Validation Screen Part 1 Enter main drivers permit number here Enter any additional drivers permit numbers here If the driver does not know their permit number you can use the search boxes at the top of the screen to locate it Vehicle hire price list can be viewed from here To check the validity of the permit numbers click on the “Check Application Validity” button

Administrator Validation Screen (Name Search) After entering the surname in the search box, names matching your criteria will appear hear in blue. Clicking on the name will reveal their permit number in the main driver box Once permit number is entered click on the “check Application Validity” button to proceed

Administrator Validation Screen (Name Search) Part 2 Once you click on the “Check Application Validity” button a warning notice will appear to inform you that if the permit numbers are valid, then a will be sent to the permit holders notifying them that a booking is being made in their name

Example of An Additional Driver Validation Request If one or more permit number is approved, rejected or pending approval the details will appear here for the Main Driver and any Additional Drivers If one or more permit number are rejected or are pending approval then the following message appears and you will not be allowed to proceed until the offending permit numbers are removed from the request

Example of A “Pending” Permit Number If one or more permit numbers are pending the details will appear here If one or more permit number are rejected or are pending approval then the following message appears and you will not be allowed to proceed until the offending permit numbers are removed from the request

Example of A “Rejected” Permit Number If one or more permit number is rejected, the details will appear here If one or more permit number are rejected or are pending approval then the following message appears and you will not be allowed to proceed until the offending permit numbers are removed from the request

Example of A “Approved” Permit Number Drivers Permit number has been approved by the system Drivers permit number has been approved, you can now click on the “Make Booking via ARMS” button
