My Mentoring Plan By Lois E. Tso

Who will I be mentoring? Susie Kinlacheeny. I’ve worked with her as my TA for couple years.

How do I establish a working relationship with the person(s) I will mentor ? I will make initial contact a week before the first day of school and daily contact thereafter. We will discuss goals and objectives for units and lessons.

Who else will be working with the same people? University student-teaching staff The school principal Other teachers Students Other site personnel Special Education Dept. staff

How do I get in touch and keep in touch with these people? In person By phone

Who can help with instructional issues? Myself Principal Teachers
