Comment / conclusion: The ratio I(H+)/(I(H35Cl+)+I(H+)) is: 1)-Slightly larger for v´=1 compared to v´=0 for J´=4-7 (v´=1) 2)-much larger for J´=8, v´=1, where F V coupling is observed
