Apparition A ghostly figure or ghost. “i was once in a cemetery and saw an apparition, except it wasn't one because ghosts aren't real.

Cower To crouch or shrink away from in fear. “The cat cowers during storms.”

Epitaph Brief statement written on a tomb or gravestone. “My epitaph will be interesting I hope.”

Pulverize To grind or pound. “The man was pulverized in the fight by Kimbo Slice.”
