The CSU, Chico Academy Offer For High Schools (and associated Middle Schools) that wish to create an “Engineering Academy” Chico State will: –Help schools identify teachers and the initial curricular offerings to pilot –Help fund necessary teacher training –Work with industry & government to help provide infrastructure needed to deliver curriculum –Provide linkage with Chico State facilities, faculty, students –Provide refresher teacher training on campus –Give Academy graduates preferential consideration for College of ECC scholarships
