Product Description Alabama Law Enforcement uses this system to write crash reports. When an accident occurs, an officer fills out a paper report and then transfers it to a computer back at the station using this system. Enables data transfer to a digital media easily and improves storage.

An Example Scenario While returning back from a party, Chris hits a Honda civic (Jeff), resulting in a minor crash. Officer Bob patrolling on Hwy 52 comes to the rescue at the accident scene. He examines the alcohol level for the drivers and finds it to be higher than normal for Chris. The other victim, Jeff who was on his way back home from work is within normal alcohol level. Officer Bob fills in the crash report and gets back to his office to transfer it to the system for records.

Scenario Implementation

This is the first page of the crash report form where Officer Bob enters data about the accident location, time and about Chris and his vehicle. Upon completion of this form, he adds data for another car by clicking the ‘Add Another Driver and Vehicle’ button which takes him to the form shown on the next slide.

In this form, Officer Bob enters the data for Jeff and his car. Upon completion, he saves the report by clicking ‘Save Report’ button.

Conclusion The system design is very user-friendly, and is aimed at novice user group. It can be easily and quickly learned by new Officers. Incorporates most of the features of the paper form, enabling the experienced users to adapt quickly to this new system.
