From here, they can change the set due date of the process to align with the projected due date. Visibility Into Details of Each Activity in the Process Users can see which task the process is currently at and which activities are left to execute. For each activity, users can view and make changes to the assigned owner, priority, duration, and due date. The list is expandable so the user can see details of previous activities and tasks. Selection of Projected Path Users can choose a projected path based on pessimistic, optimistic, historical, and simulation data New Feature: Critical Path Management - Viewing Critical Path Data 14

Preview of Changes All changes made to activities and tasks are displayed to the user in a readable list so users can be sure their changes are accurate. Mass Updates to Activity Durations When a process has a large amount of activities, the ability to update multiple activities at once is essential. Users can update durations by an amount, a percentage, or set all chosen activities to a desired value New Feature: Critical Path Management - Advanced User Features 15

Printable Process Diagram Users can print the process diagram with the highlighted critical path to share with colleagues.
