 Additional Reports modified for excel export  Self Service for Financial Aid Enhancements  2.6 was the initial release which provided ability for students to view application and required documents, awards and award letters and the counselor perspective  2.7 added Shopping Sheet view, Electronic Consent, ability to skip or remove individual checklist items, loan change enhancements, award letter enhancements  2.8 added SAP enhancements, new Application Complete Date and hyperlinks associated with CMC code  2.9 will include future enhancements

Imposes a limit on Direct Subsidized Loan eligibility  150% of published length of the educational program Makes borrowers who exceed the limit responsible for accruing interest  Borrower becomes responsible for accruing interest as of the date he/she exceeds 150% limit Institutions are required to report additional program and borrower information

For each program, PROG needs the following Information populated:  Degree  CIP Code  Months to Complete

 Option to enter program length in weeks, months or years  Overrides published values on PROG

 Option to enter program length in weeks, months or years at the catalog level  Overrides published values on PROG

Identifies all programs that are approved as Title IV eligible

 Invalid CIP Code  Months not populated for all active programs  Inactive Program  Reject 205  Less than ½ Time for originated loans  Program Length  For 48 month programs, COD was calculating the program length to 10.3  For 24 month programs, COD was calculating the program length to 5.1

 GEN and 150% FAQs provides guidance to guidance to schools on how to make adjustments.  Error occurs when the loan period must be adjusted for a student who does not return for a subsequent term, borrower withdraws in the middle of the term or other legitimate reasons and the disbursement amount was changed to $0.  Ellucian and COD provided updates for this edit to their systems in Spring 2015 which reduced the frequency of occurrence.

Loan was originated for fall and spring with a loan period of 8/25/14 – 05/08/15. Student will not return in the Spring 2 ND Disbursement date is changed to the last day of the loan period 2 nd Disbursement Award Period is changed to the fall

Gives you the ability to modify the calculated program for students with multiple programs or change in enrollment status

Using Informer, two reports were created to monitor 150% Subsidized Usage The first report retrieves the student’s subsidized usage, award year, award period, program length, maximum sub eligibility and remaining sub eligibility using DLI.AWARD The second report identifies students where their award was canceled for a term and retrieves the award year and academic year information to ensure we have reported the information accurately using TA.ACYR and DLI.AWARD
