ADOLESCENCE is the time between childhood and adulthood from age 10 to 19

YOU WILL EXPERIENCE 1. PHYSICAL CHANGES for girls age 8 until 16 for boys age 10 until 18 2. MOOD CHANGING OR MOOD SWINGS one day you are energetic one day you feel tired
