Reporting to the Skills Funding Agency (1) Learning aims delivered as part of the Community Learning mental health pilot must be identified using code LDM340 in the Learning Delivery Funding and Monitoring fields. During the 2014 to 2015 academic year, providers must return the Community Learning provision type in the Learning Delivery Funding and Monitoring fields. For this pilot, only the code ASL1 ‘Personal and community development learning’ must be used.

Reporting to the Skills Funding Agency (2) In 2015 to 2016, providers will not be required to return the Community Learning provision type (i.e. WFL, PCDL, NLDC, FEML) on learning aims that are delivered as part of this pilot. Providers should only use the LDM340 field to identify mental health pilot learners. We have added an exception to our validation on the Community Learning provision type field for 2015/16 so that learning aims delivered through this pilot are not required to return the ASL FAM type.
