Demonstrative Adjectives indicate where SOMETHING is. They show how close or far an item is from the SPEAKER (YOU). These demonstrative adjectives appear BEFORE the noun. They agree in gender and number with the noun that they describe. Demonstrative PRONOUNS take the place of nouns. They agree in gender and number with the noun that they REPLACE. ***Note the accent mark.
