Cette ligne du réseau du tramway sera ainsi prolongée du côté du quartier Akkari (Hôpital Moulay Youssef) pour atteindre l’intersection des boulevards Assalam et El Kifah, en passant par le boulevard Assalam, sur une distance de 2,3 km, avec quatre stations situées à près de 500 mètres d’intervalle.
