CARAS is composed of: INFRASTRUCTURAL ACTIONS FOR RESTORING PLACES ASSIGNED TO THEATRES. LIGHT INFRASTRUCTURAL ACTIONS: Provide equipements for the most rappresentative and important regional events (Carnival, Easter season, cultural and artistic events, religious celebrations and traditions) IMMATERIAL ACTIONS Create a management organisation for the structures and services Integrated promotion of the sardinian cultural events: BES (Best Events Sardinia)
