WATER PROOF MUDDY WORK ON TERRACE  Providing & Laying water proof coarse using 12mm graded stone on terrace over RCC slab and finished with spreading cement slurry & laying screed concrete in Cement Mortar 1:4 and mixed with water proof compound of approved make (Fosroc) laid to required gradients & slope, the top finished with leak-proof joints & wall with waterproof cement compound. PAINTING WORK  Providing premium Tractor emulsion paint (Asian) for ceiling and Walls including the necessary primer & 2 coats of (Asian) patty, etc... The original surface to be scraped & rubbed with sandpaper to cover all minor defects. Including scaffolding, etc.,  Providing water proof exterior grade paint over 1 coat of primer (Asian Ace) including the necessary scaffolding, etc., The surface should be thoroughly cleaned & wetted before painting. The curing will be done as per manufacturer's specifications.  Providing enamel spray polish (mat finish) for teak wood main door. KM CONSTRUCTIONS 22
