God is FaithfulGod is Faithful God is always faithful. “Know therefore that the L ORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations” (Deut 7:9). “Blessed be the L ORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant” (1 Ki 8:56). “Thy mercy, O Lord, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds” (Ps 36:5).

Part of being faithful means that I always tell the truth. “A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall perish” (Prov 19:9). “Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another” (Eph 4:25).
