Protecting Our Oceans By: Jeanette Leardi by: David Dante L Perkins.

Introduction Ocean make up most of earth’s water. About two third of earth is covered by Ocean. Oil Spills Polluted clean water and caused huge changes.

How does pollution happen? People are one cause of pollution. The whale area has been polluted most pollution starts on land but some pollution starts on land but some pollution starts on land but some pollution  People are one case of pollution  The whale area has been polluted most pollution starts on land but some pollution starts on water.

Debris  Debris: is pollution that easy toss most debris in the oceans is what people throw away. Debris  Floats on the water some of the pieces of debris have been floating for many years.

Toxic waste  Toxic waste: can cause sickness and death. For example chemicals that people spray to kill bugs and weeds or fertilizer that are used to feed plants and lawns can be example of toxic waste.

Sewage  Sewage: is any thing we flush down our Toilets for pour down drains and sewers. Bacteria sometimes untreated sewage.

Animals  A picture when you get bitten by an rattlesnake.  Species it affects other in ecosystem.

Pollution  Pollution and fish are oil spill can keep fish from breathing and poison the plants that fish eat  Pollution and fish an oil spill can keep fish from breathing and poison the plants that fish eat.

Another reason for pollution  Pollution and ocean animals currents carry toxic waste for and wide.

Ocean food chains.  Every living thing needs energy in order to live energy moves to all living things by a process called a food chain.  Ocean food chains: every living thing needs energy in order to live energy moves to all living things by a process called a food chain.

Pollution  Pollution and seabirds oil spills harm seabirds oil coats their feathers so they can not fly.

How deep is ready peed.  How deep is really peed: parts of the ocean floor are more than 8 miles and about 13 kilometers deep.

Stop pollution  Pollution affects the whole world  Together countries around the world  Pollution affects the whole world  Together countries around the world have set international safety rules for making ships.  In 1972 the united nations creates a special programs

Conclusion  Ocean life is linked through ecosystems food chains and the movements of ocean current.  Debris toxic waste sewage and oil spills can cause illness and death to ocean life.
