It is interesting…

A big company has put a job announcement. The text contained the following question:

You are driving a car, on a stormy night… by the station.

At the station there were three people, waiting for the bus: The doctor who saved your life once, and the person of your dreams, with whom you want to spend the rest of your life. A dying old lady,

You can take just one passenger; Who are you going to choose? Explain why.

Think about it before you read the following:

Each of us is thinking on his/her own way and has own reasons. For ex.: The old lady is going to die, so I should save her, but old people will soon die, anyway; So I need to take doctor, because he saved my life and this is my chance to get even. On the other hand, I can do that some other time, But the question is, will I meet again the ideal person of my life?

Between 200 job candidates, the job was given to the applicant who did not explain the reasons why, but has written: " I will give the car keys to the doctor to take the old dying lady to the hospital and I will stay at the station waiting for the bus, with the person of my dreams!"

At the end, we all agree that this is the best answer, but no one has written it. Why? Maybe because no one wants to give up the advantages we have (like car keys)? Sometimes we could achieve more, if we are able to give up what we take as our advantage.
