Wilfred Owen Born in 18 of march 1893 Oswestry, Shropshire, England He was a soldier and one of the leading poet in World War 1. He died in 4 of November in the action during across of the Sambre- Orise Canal. His best known works, “Dulce et Decorum Est”,and “ Anthem for Doomed Youth”.
Herbert Read Born in 4 of december 1893 at Kirkbumoorside, north Riding of Yorkshire. He was a critic of literature and art. Died in 12 of june 1968 Stonegrave, North Riding of Yorkshire. The poem he wrote in World War 1 is “the happy warrior”.
