God is interested and involved in what is going on here on earth and He controls outcomes (Proverbs 16:33). In addition to knowing the will of God, believers are also to understand the will of God (Ephesians 5:17).
Discovering God’s will starts with surrendering control of one’s life to God (Romans 12:1-2). God’s will is our sanctification (1 Thessalonians 4:3).
God’s will for every believer is to live within the boundary of His will, and within those boundaries you are free to choose (Psalm 37:4).
