Purpose  Assess the efficacy and impact of the district’s continuous improvement process and the quality assurance processes.  Identify strengths deserving of commendations and provide required actions to improve the district.  Evaluate the district’s adherence to the AdvancED 7 Quality Assurance Standards.  Make an accreditation recommendation for national review.

QAR Team Schedule Overview Monday, February 6 th – District Presentations and Interviews Monday, February 6 th – District Presentations and Interviews  The team meets at the district offices for a Superintendent presentation, standards presentation, and interviews with Board Members and stakeholders. Tuesday, February 7 th – School Visits  The team splits into smaller sub-teams to visit a sample of schools in the district that were selected by the QAR Team Chair. Wednesday, February 8 th – Standards Verification and Team Deliberations Wednesday, February 8 th – Standards Verification and Team Deliberations The team meets at the district offices to complete its standards verification work, review evidence, and craft the team’s findings.  A Special Board meeting will be held for QAR Chair to deliver findings at 3:00 pm.
