Hitler

£ In 1935 Adolf Hitler destroyed all political parties and ruled Germany. £ Benito Mussolini of Italy had dreams of conquering other countries. £ The Soviet Union’s Joseph Stalin was another power hungry, violent ruler who made death and destruction his life.

√ Adolf Hitler was born April 20, √ Hitler wanted to first be a painter. √ He read books to develop DEEP hatred for Jewish people.

Germany had to pay $ 30 billion. He setup a private army called the Storm Troops. He promised to make Germany rich and happy.

He argued that Jews were to blame for most of Germany’s troubles. He wrote a autobiography called Mein Kampf or My Struggle. When Hitler got out of prison he immediately set out to build his power.

He sent Jews to concentration camps. He murdered six million of Jews. This tragic period of mass murder of Jews and others is called the Holocaust.

Mussolini

He was a Italian dictator during world war 2. Born July 29, 1883 near Predappio, Italy. His mother was a teacher and his dad was a blacksmith and a loyal supporter of socialism.

 He earned a teaching degree.  Couldn’t find a permanent job.  Thrown out of the socialist party.

Made all political parties illegal except for his own. Formed the black shirts. In 1919 he turned Fascism.

He conquered Ethiopia in Tagged up with Hitler in world war 2. Benito Mussolini was hungry for glory.

Stalin

Helped defeat Adolf Hitler. He was a brutal dictator. Born on December 21, Early his life was not easy.

 His mother was religious and ambitious.  He never finished his education.  Found a new purpose in life revolution.

In 1914, World War 1 millions of Russian soldiers died. In 1922 the soviet union began. Stalin took land from hundreds of thousands of farmers.

Œ After world war 2 he broke of relations with the allied countries. Œ He entered the soviet union into world war 2. Œ He died in 1953 march 5.

Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin all came from humble beginnings. All the countries survived the influence of these Dictators. They crushed these who disagreed with them.
