1.Select the red “I” button on the top of this slide and press Ctrl + C to copy it. 2.Go to all slides you want to add an attachment to and press Ctrl + V to paste a button. 3.Right click the mouse on the border of the red Attachment button to show a context sensitive menu and select Action Settings… 4. On the Mouse Click tab, select the Hyperlink to: button and use the drop list to select another PPS, other file or URL you want attached to a particular slide. Before presenting to a group, you will want to test all of the attachment links to make sure they operate the way you want. Opens any other file on your computer. Opens another PowerPoint. Save this file as a PPS to have it open in Slideshow mode. Opens a Website if connected to the internet. OPTIONALLY ATTACHING OTHER FILES TO A SLIDE
