Quicksticks Leadership Course Introduction to Leadership Module 1

The aim of this module is to:  Introduce the key qualities of being a good leader  Demonstrate the roles and responsibilities of being a leader  Highlight the importance of effective communication, both verbal and non verbal  Establish how a good leader can motivate players 2
