Mission Statement  To create relavant library services for Adult Learners, Adult New Readers, and Persons with Disabilities To develop closer relationships between Carriage Public Library and community groups include ethnic neighborhood councils religious organization and civic groups  To outreach programs in the sourrounding communitys  To provide staff training

About the Library  Consists of 10 libraries Four central libraries with in-depth collections Six neighborhood branch libraries  Bookmobile  Digital library  Special Events & Programs Deaf History Month: May National Literacy Month: September
