This guy shows us how to create a Kanban Chart. In this case he puts his ‘stories’ ie the tags with the details on them, the visual cues – on a Chart on a wall. While all methods will use story tags, they wont all put them on a Chart on the wall. The difference between ‘Backlog’ and ‘To do’ is … Backlog means its an task/project we have that needs doing at some point, while To Do means we want to get started on it now/soon. An normal firm will always have stories on this chart. Some will move along right- wards and then off as they are completed. New ones will replace them on the Backlog column. For your Project, by the end, you chart should have 3 empty columns and 1 full one.
