Day 1 – Sunday 12 th July Overnight travel to Spain 12.00pm – depart Evesham 4.25pm – arr. Dover Meal on Ferry Arr. Calais 7.55pm - travel through the night.

Day 2 – Monday 13 th July Travel to Esplugues de Llobregat – (location of Hotel). 3.00pm – arrive and check in at the Abba Gardens Hotel, Barcelona.

Final Costing's & Suggested Payment Method. Final information. The school has travel insurance cover for all school trips including total personal effects cover for £2,500. In respect of musical instruments the school would be covered under their contents insurance for their own instruments, but under the travel policy any privately owned instrument would only be covered to the sum of £500. If any instrument or for that matter any other personal possession, which have a value over £500, then parents will need to ensure that this item is covered under their own personal possession insurance within their Home Insurance Policy.
