ADS GLOBAL OBJECTIVE To promote formation, strengthening and articulation of solidarity and self- managed enterprises searching work and income generation, through economical, social and political organization of the workers inserted in a sustainable and solidarity development process

INSTITUTIONAL OBJECTIVES Ipromote the values of solidarity in society; IImake easier and enlarge workers access to credit; IIIprovide agents” formation in the construction of the solidarity economy and professional formation directed to the enlargement of autonomy and management capacity; IVbuild new knowledge on the solidarity economy field and do studies which guide on strategies and agency´s politics definition; Vsupport the creation and effectiveness of solidarity enterprises; VIorganize solidarity economy networks articulated to strategies of sustainable developement; VIIenlarge workers access to information on public policies and market; VIIIprovide technical, juridical and political assistance to solidarity organizations; IXpromote consistent activities to the sustainable principles of development; X encourage representative organizations of the solidarity, self-managed and informal enterprises in a local, regional, state and national scope.

ADS STRATEGY I Articulate the constitution of productive chain networks of sector and geographic location. IIInvolve the community (appreciation of local space, forming ties of reciprocity, sense of belonging, commitment of the individuals before of the society). IIIContribute with the political organization of the enterprises. IVOrganize the workers as unionists cooperated/members/informal (by/in historical sectors and sector of solidarity economy). VMobilization for the strengthening of the solidarity economy (self-determined issues, construction of identity, awareness, society, contesting hegemony, construction of a model of solidarity inclusion).
