Each social media network is listed in the following pages, with details about what is included on a regular basis. I’m very flexible with what’s included in my social media packages, so if you’d like more of some things and less of others let me know and I’ll adjust as necessary. Regular reporting of our progress is included with all social media work. On a monthly basis, I’ll provide a comprehensive report that includes in- depth analysis of the following areas: Current Trends Overall Timeline Activity of each platform Activity Facts Engagement and Post Impressions Page View Facts Page and Tab Visit Discussion, Topics and Fan Demographics Fan Geo Changes in Klout Score I’ll also include an update about what’s pending, what I’m currently working on, and what I’m lining up for the following month, as well as opportunities and interesting stories we might take advantage of. Social Media Marketing April 2015

Unique Posts - I will post 2-3 times on your Facebook page, on average, every day. These posts will be a combination of custom graphics, calls to action to visit the website and company-based news. When you have an event or attend a trade show, just text or me the pictures and who was there and I’ll do the rest! Content Promotion - Every piece of unique content that I write for you will be promoted on social media. Not only will this increase the number of people who will read this content, but it will improve your SEO as well. Interacting with Other Pages - To help catch the eye of complimentary, non-competing businesses. This will lead to more sharing of company content and status updates and introduce people to the brand. I’ll interact with other pages on a daily basis. Creating Custom Images - Images get shared more than anything else on Facebook, so it’s important that images posted to the company Facebook page include branding. You will need to provide me with images that you’d like to promote. Customer Service - When people are unhappy or happy about a program or product, they’ll often head to social media to voice their opinions. I’ll respond to any feedback that’s received promptly and courteously. I’ll also answer any questions that potential users may have. Facebook Ads - For an additional fee, I can target whomever you’d like me to with Facebook ads. You’d be surprised how targeted these campaigns can get - you can sort by age, location and interest, changing the ads up as often as needed in order to deliver optimal results. The goal is to get an initial following on the Facebook page, which we can regularly market to and leverage to introduce new people to your company. Facebook April 2015

Daily Tweets - An average of 7-10 tweets a day is the sweet spot for most businesses. These tweets will happen when your followers are paying attention and will revolve around topics that they’re interested in. I’ll constantly monitor for what the trending topics of the day are, as well as topics related to writing. In addition to self-promotional, content we’ll also provide value to the community by interacting/engaging with the company’s target audience. Generating a Following - We can target people by who they’re following, what they’re tweeting about, where they’re located and what’s in their profile. Unlike Facebook, you don’t have to spend advertising dollars in order to target your audience - we have a variety of tools that let us do that without spending additional money. Hashtag Creation and Management - I’ll keep a close eye on trending topics, and when appropriate, jump in on the conversation using the appropriate hashtag. This will help increase visibility of the company, as well as lead to more followers and interaction. Conversational Interaction - Most of your tweets will be conversational. Nobody’s going to retweet you if you don’t retweet/engage with them, especially if you’re just pushing out links. Interacting for PR Purposes - One of the most effective uses of Twitter is as a PR tool. Journalists from every media outlet you can imagine are active on Twitter, and regularly use it to source leads for their articles. I’ll create lists of journalists and bloggers to target on Twitter, build relationships and introduce them to the company. This is one of the fastest ways Twitter can deliver ROI. Interacting with Potential Customers - I’ll monitor the Twitterverse for people who are tweeting about looking for sites to post their literary content on and engage with them (focusing on those with a large number of followers). This will help build awareness of the company, as well as build more followers. Content Promotion - I’ll continually share company content, which will help drive traffic to the site and raise awareness of the brand. This also sends signals to the search engines that your content is worth sharing, which can help improve the site’s SEO. Customer Service - I’ll monitor for people tweeting about the company, even if they directly. If they have something awesome to say, I’ll make sure to retweet, favorite and let everyone know. If they have something negative to say, I’ll let you know immediately and respond to them promptly and courteously. And if they have questions, I’ll answer them right away. Keyword Monitoring - I’ll monitor for people talking about particular topics. We then build a relationship with them, starting with a simple Twitter conversation. Twitter Chats - I’ll find Twitter chats for topics like creative writing. We can even host our own or interview a writer or writing expert with a large Twitter following in order to increase engagement. Twitter Lists - Create lists that make people feel like they’re a big deal. They’re usually flattered enough to add you back and shoot you a tweet. Lists make it easy to regularly interact with important people I’ll want to stay in front of. Twitter April 2015

Posting – I will develop a posting calendar. Engagement - Interacting and re-gramming content from other sites will help to build the relationships you need to bring the company to the next level. This will also ensure that you’re not being viewed by users as being overly self-promotional. I will also follow relevant sources in order to enhance interaction. Hashtags - I’ll include appropriate hashtags in updates. People use hashtags to search for posts that they’re interested in, so I’ll make sure that we’re using the ones that are the most relevant and popular. Instagram April 2015

Original Pins - I can create original pins that will promote the company and engage people who love what it offers, but don’t know it yet. Infographics with writing tips, humorous memes, etc. are all great types of content that will get repinned - and put the company in front of the right audience. An average of three per day is included. Engagement - Interacting and pinning content from other sites that have a “Pin It” button next to them will help to build the relationships you need to bring the company to the next level. This will also ensure that you’re not being viewed by users as being overly self promotional. Creating Boards - I’ll create an average of one new board a week, based on what your followers are interested in. Pinteres t April 2015

Creating A Page - Google favours businesses that have a Google+ page, and just having one set up improves the chances that people searching for what you offer will find you. Updates - Daily updates on Google+ directly impact how well your site is ranked after 90 days. A percentage of these updates will link back to the company site directly, having an even greater impact on SEO. Communities - Many people use Google+ just for the purpose of engaging in the communities on the social network, and we’ll be active in all the relevant ones. There are very active communities for people looking for writing advice, for example. I’ll check out what already exists and figure out a niche community that we can start on behalf of the company. Adding Targeted Pages To Circles - This works very similar to the way Twitter lists work. I can add bloggers, aspiring creative writers and anyone else that’s relevant to circles that I create. Hashtags - I’ll include appropriate hashtags in updates. People use hashtags to search for posts that they’re interested in, so we’ll make sure that we’re using the ones that are the most relevant and popular. Google+ April 2015

Updates - An average of two posts on the company LinkedIn page, which will reach those following it. Content should be from varying channels, which will help to promote interaction. Content Promotion - All blogs, articles and press mentions need to be promoted via the page. Interaction - Following other LinkedIn pages, focusing on thought leaders in the small business realm and companies that are related to your brand, but are not your competitors. I’ll share their content periodically when it is the type of content that speaks to your audience. LinkedIn Group Involvement - Joining in and engaging with members of LinkedIn groups. This will increase engagement from those not already following the company page and drive traffic back to the website. We will join 5- 7 group discussions a week. This includes promoting content from the site when appropriate. LinkedIn Group Management - Post once a week in each at least and jump into the discussions others are having when appropriate. Ad management - You provide the budget and I manage the targeting, monitoring and reporting. This will allow your posts to reach individuals and businesses who aren’t already familiar with your brand, who fit into your target audience and will convert into leads. LinkedI n April 2015

Copyright - I will only use images that the company has the rights to use. They will be stock photos, custom creations and photos that you provide us with, unless they are shared promoting another article. Sizing - I will make sure to make sure that we’re always using the optimal sizes of photos for each channel. Images April 2015

The right PR campaign can deliver millions of dollars worth of ad placement. I’ll work with you to develop a PR strategy to introduce as many people as possible to your company. Here’s what’s included with my PR services: Strategic Campaign Development - Creative campaign development is one of our favorite parts of the job - it’s also a critical aspect of your overall PR strategy. By identifying PR opportunities and properly executing a plan, you can get a lot of media coverage - or even go viral on social media channels. I’ll work with you to identify stories that the media will be likely to latch onto, and then work to get the word out via press release, social media, and other content initiatives. Targeting Media Contacts - I have access to agency-only PR tools that give me the contact information and editorial calendars of every international media outlet - from producers of national TV news programs to local reporters at small-town newspapers. This enables us to pitch the company directly to reporters, talent bookers and segment producers. By targeting writers who cover what’s up and coming online, I’ll be able to increase coverage of the company. Responding to Reporter Queries - When reporters are looking for sources for their stories, they use a variety of services that let them mass- their queries to PR agencies (and I’m one of them). This puts me in direct contact with reporters looking for expert sources for their articles, TV segments, podcasts and radio shows. Whenever a reporter is looking for unique start-ups, etc. I’ll respond to them. Identifying Guest Blogging Opportunities - Another strategy to improve SEO and drive traffic to the company’s site is to write content and get it published on other websites. These posts will feature favorable SEO anchor text that links back to the company’s website, increasing brand visibility and backlinks. This will help reach more of your target audience. Extensive Media Outreach and Press Releases - I’ll work with you to develop compelling stories that the press can latch on to, then write and distribute a press release to get the news picked up. Press release distribution includes writing the release itself - including all edits, advance distribution to 250+ related press contacts (which gives them a 24- to 48-hour head start on the story), national distribution and follow- up with reporters, editors and producers at relevant media outlets. You’ll also receive a report that details release pickups, unique coverage by journalists, traffic sent to the website and notable interactions, plus a complete list of outlets that the release was distributed to. Publicity & PR Services April 2015

By creating unique content your clients want to read and promoting the blogs via social media and other content marketing methods, I’ll attract significantly more traffic to your site over the next three months. I’ve found that blogging is not about how much content you post to your site, but how targeted the content is and how well you’re able to promote it. This is also true of the SEO side of blogging, and there’s a very intense strategy to that - I take great pains to ensure each post is optimized, including formatting, internal and external linking, etc. Three posts per week will help you to achieve the results you’re looking for, especially over the next three to six months as we increase the blog’s readership. We can reassess this strategy in the next quarter, when we may want to adjust posting frequency. The posts rotate through four different types of blogs: In-industry link bait - I include quotes from at least 3 experts in each of these posts, focusing on those that have large social media followings of their own. This way, we can leverage their networks to drive more traffic to the site (they always tweet and FB links to articles they’re quoted in). This also sends good signals to search engine crawlers, which value content that gets shared via social networks. (1,500+ words each, AED2,000 individually) In-depth posts - These are targeted to potential clients and 2,000+ words each, with a heavy SEO focus. Some research points to the longer, the better, so some of these come in at 3,000 words or more if the subject is particularly complex. These long-form blogs are specifically designed to draw in organic search traffic, and can be a great way to passively generate leads on a consistent basis. (2,000+ words, AED3,000 individually) Long list blogs - These drive crazy amounts of traffic and can be a good way to introduce people to your site. We recommend occasionally incorporating we like to call “industry suck-up blogs”, where we promote complementary companies and events in order to catch their attention and get them to promote the content - again, leveraging other networks to increase the size of your own. (1,000+ words, AED1,500 individually) Observation posts - These provide observations about subjects your customers may be interested in. Alternately, they can be brand storytelling posts that highlight your expertise or specific case studies. ( words, AED1,000 individually or words, AED500 individually) Content can be priced by the piece on an individual basis. Guest Blogging - One of the fastest and most effective ways to generate backlinks, significantly increase referral traffic and get more people contacting you is to source guest blogs on a regular basis. I’ll source potential bloggers who can write some feature posts on your site. Blogging April 2015

On the 1st of every month, you’ll receive a thorough report detailing: Progress on PR - what’s pending publishing, what we’re currently working on and what we’re lining up for the future. Increases in social media following, referral traffic and engagement Changes in site traffic Changes in Klout rating Changes in Alexa ranking Referral traffic - interesting referrers, percentage increases, etc. Organic traffic - keywords, percentage increase, etc. Popular content - this helps to determine what your readers are most interested in, so we can generate more of it (and link more to existing popular content) Opportunities via PR and social media Interesting stories the brand may be able to take advantage of Analytics & Reporting April 2015

Rebranding and Website Design This includes: Choosing a color scheme Redesign of Logo (including consultation, mock-up options, edits as necessary and delivery of finished product) Creation of tagline/catch phrase Website design consultation, up to 7 pages Creation of a new website, including mobile optimization (hosting charged separately) Website copywriting, up to 7 pages SEO implementation Custom design of social media pages, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Pinterest.
