SSRS MISSION to create an enhanced academic and retention support program to enable academic success

Summer Bridge Eases transition from high school to college 4-unit course, Life Skills in Higher Education 1-unit Orientation to College

SUMMER BRIDGE Why Participate? Meet other first-time college students Learn what’s needed to succeed in college Early enrollment in First Year Experience

First Year Experience Three (3) linked courses Fall, Winter, & Spring quarters including: English classes: writing & reading classes through your first college-level composition course. Linked with: Additional college-level classes such as sociology, arts, psychology, economics

First Year Experience Why Participate? Remain with the same group of students during your first year Earn up to 45 general education units in one year Learn from fantastic faculty
