Welcome to the Class of 2015 Senior Party Planning Parent Meeting – February (Four Meetings Left!!!!)

The Budget… Current Balance $17, We have sold tickets to 41% of the class! Based on past numbers we will sell another 177 tickets. If sold at $80.00 ea. Will bring in another $14,160.00! ($2, over projection) We have raised 26.3% of our fundraising goal. Big fundraisers left of Butterbraids and Craft Fair which we project to bring in around 9K bringing us to 71% to goal. Rest will come in through business solicitations, raffle, pancake breakfast, cub bagging and restaurant fundraisers. Detailed Report is located on handout

Fundraising - Chairperson and Committee Members NEEDED! QUILT RAFFLE - shirts needed by February 25 - leave shirts in the front office at school or get to Kay or Deb - Raffle tickets available for purchase at the spring Craft Show - Quilt drawing will be held at the senior party

Fundraising - Chairperson and Committee Members NEEDED! Panera Bread – Apple Valley February 19 from 4-8pm 50+ flyers get us 20% of net sales from redeemed flyers! Must bring in the flyer! Write students name on the back and they will get 1 ticket per redeemed flyer!

Craft Fair 1 ticket per hour volunteering students/and parents Check in and out at the table by the main doors March 13 – Set Up 3pm-6pm March 14 – Craft Fair and Bake Sale from 9-3 – Arrive and set up at 6:30am

Gerten’s Gift Cards DQ and Applebees in March Butterbraid Sales – NOW-Mar 4 – available on-line Pancake Breakfast – April – sign-up to help. Tickets available to sell Savvi Tux Rental – when prom tickets go on sale Cub Bagging – May 21 Gift Baskets Spirit Items– Go to Website; order sports and club specialty items such as yard signs, shirts, hockey/lax stick wraps and more **new item is the luggage tag! Donations * pick up a donation letter or print off the website * ask your employer (Wal-Mart, Pepsi employees?) * everyone please take a sheet of businesses to contact to spread out the workload

What kinds of donations are we looking for? Cash/Checks/Visa Gift Cards Age appropriate gifts and prizes (new, never used, in package) Gift Baskets Gift Cards (Target, gas cards, favorite restaurant) Items to be used for party (food, paper goods, decorations, etc) **Sam’s Club has discount cards 5 - $10.00 cards to Cold Stone for $40.00 **pick up a donation form. Receipts will be provided for anyone requiring it for tax purposes
