A comment from a recent student … “Doing a 5th year block at The Royal Oldham Hospital was great. The staff at the education department were very helpful and arranged teaching in areas where we felt we needed extra support. The department I was with gave me plenty of opportunities to get involved with patient care & I was asked to clerk in patients, present cases on ward rounds and practice many clinical skills. All the doctors I met were friendly and approachable and this generated an atmosphere that made going to different wards to see patients very easy. I would strongly recommend this placement to students in 5th year.”

We can be flexible …
