Class Descriptions: Abs, Back & Core - A great class designed for all levels. This 30-minute class concentrates specifically on your abdominals, obliques, lower back muscles and core stability. Aqua - Uses water resistance to promote muscular strength and endurance, and improve CV fitness. A great fat burner! This is a fun, low impact workout and, as the water supports your body weight, is ideal for injury rehab and during pregnancy. Aqua Beat – WITH MUSIC! Let’s boogie!! Body Tone/Body MOT - This is an all over body workout working with resistance, aiming to challenge the body for fantastic results; both strength and toning. Posture and core stability is also worked. Boot camp - Intense workout consisting of compound exercises. A full body workout, NOT for beginners!! Cardio Blast - An intense but fun full bodyweight cardio blast! Enough said!! Gym Circuit/Boot camp - is an intense cardiovascular and resistance workout in the gym! Fitball - A fun class with big rubber balls! Great for core stability, toning, balance and co-ordination. FItSteps - A fun and energetic dance class learning the dance styles from ‘Strictly’ i.e. Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Waltz and many more. Fabulous for Cardio/Toning. Indoor Cycle - An energetic, fast and furious class, taking your imagination outdoors but keeping the work indoors. Fantastic training for cardiovascular, conditioning and fat loss. Pilates/Fitness Pilates - Pilates uses various techniques to maintain and develop deep postural muscles, which gives the body a longer, leaner look. Pilates also tones muscles without adding bulk, improves posture and increases flexibility. Beginners and Advanced classes available. Relax & Stretch - This class will help mobilise, stretch and relax the whole of your body and leave you feeling revitalised and positive about yourself. Yoga - Focuses on the mind, body and inner spirit. Breathing, stretching and relaxation techniques are performed in Eva’s class, whilst Claire’s Fitness Yoga - will cover a variety of techniques from improving strength and flexibility, stamina and balance to relaxation to calm the mind at the end of the class. Personal Training - One of the fastest way to achieve your results. A Personal Trainer will support, challenge, encourage and motivate you. Ask for more details..
