June 2015 TruGroove LED Suspended, Surface & Wall Frequently Asked Questions Why does the order guide say x lumens or distribution but the photometry says y? – The order guide lists a simplified ‘package’ of light for easier selection. Lumens and distribution shown are only nominal. Please check spec sheets for actual output. Can I request options which are not listed? – Yes, Philips Ledalite has a long history of tailoring products to customer needs, although custom requests are first reviewed for difficulty and effort. Electrical changes – e.g. light output, sensors, drivers – are generally easier to accommodate than mechanical customizations e.g. lenses. Is tuneable white available in TruGroove? – Not at the present time, although it may be offered in future. Can I have TruGroove in apertures other than 3”? – 3” was chosen as an ideal blend of performance and aesthetics. An alternative is Microsquare, close to 2” aperture. How do I specify patterns? – Recommend sending layout drawings or sketches to Philips Ledalite for a full breakdown of modules.
