How do we know that something is of the Spirit?

We relate to God through our spirit Romans 1:9 For God, whom I serve with my spirit Romans 8:16 it is that very Spirit bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God,

Often Hard to Tell whether Paul is talking about God’s Spirit or our spirit 1 Corinthians 14:15 What should I do then?
