By Sapphire Team

In the Sapphire team we have got such fascinating members who are  Emmanuella  Liam  Dhruv  Lea S.  Ricky We think that we are the perfect team for the price

In our group we have got people with amazing features which are  Liam-good ideas, talk to everyone and designing  Lea S.-group working, nature smart and public speaking  Ella-Maths Science and English smart  Dhruv-English, spelling and Maths smart  Ricky-ICT and Maths smart

What is team work? Team work means a group of People working together to be successful in what they are doing. What is the most important skill in marketing? In sapphire team, for our Diamond 9 we made co-operation at the top because we thought that if we are in a team and every-thing goes horribly wrong we have to use co-operation and then communication to make things come back perfectly OK.

Sharing ideas. Communication Listening to each other Compromise Everyone doing fair share Time management Co-operation Decision making Problem solving

This week has been full of exciting work. We had the experience of working with different people from next door which was fun. For the week we were asked to be apprentices and make a company to create a biscuit which no- one had ever made. First we had to plan the biscuits by choosing the recipe, name our product and company. We got the right recipe to do because 2 people went round and made a tally chart to compare.

 We researched about what cookie we want to do and we got some Information about biscuit and what kind of stone it is.

We wanted to give the consumers the message to eat our cookies because we think they taste great.

We thought that Brainstormers was a good name for a cookie because we thought it will give you more ideas when you are stuck and this was our first idea. We did not use names like Chunky Chuckles, sweet stuff or Glory delight

Sharing Ideas Listening to each other Everyone doing their fair share Time management CompromiseCo-operation Decision making Problem solving

Emmanuella – The presentation, slogan and the website. Ricky – The website and the board Dhruv – The power point, website, and product name. Finding photos for the website which was really easy. Liam – We finished every thing Lea S. – Working in a team throughout the week.

 Lea S. – Sometimes we made fun of each other.  Liam – Sometimes we argued with each other.  Dhruv – Co-operation and arguing on a slogan.  Ricky – the bossiness on the second day.  Emmanuella – choosing the Recipe and product name.  Group – We had a few problems but we overcome the by team-work.

Dhruv – I’d do the power point. Liam – Agree on more things and not argue so much Lea S. – I’d change the name of the product and write the recipe in the website Ricky – Design the board differently. Emmanuella – I’d change the recipe, the slogan and the board. And I’d like to do the QR code.

Liam – I think it’s a well made product and there is a good chance that we will win. Emmanuella – I think the biscuits are sweet. Ricky – I think we are go to be the first place and going to be hired by the taste of the biscuit Lea S. – It is sweet and recommended to people who like sweet stuff Dhruv – The biscuits look good and I think they taste good

No Brainstormers,no ideas. This is our slogan because Brainstormers is meant to help you get more ideas.
