ABOUT HRDA Acronym of the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus National Agency for the promotion of the systematic vocational training and human resource development in all sectors of the economy Semi-government Organisation with a tripartite character at all levels By law all employers pay 0.5% on their payroll to the Human Resource Development Fund HRDA approves and subsidises training implemented by Training Providers in Cyprus and abroad
