Rusmarine Group. Brief history  Rusmarine group was formed in 1991 as the only independent port agent in the Port of St.-Petersburg. Also in 1991 it started being an agent for Maras Linija  In 1993 Rusmarine started working at the moorings of the “Severnaya Verf LTD” and become an independent operator of the terminal. In the long run it allows the company to deliver the merchandise in a timely manner at the competitive price  In 1995 “Rusmarine” became an agent of the English shipping company P&O Containers further P&O Neddloyd. It provided services to their clients and delivered cargoes to almost every place in the world  1996 – new subsidiary was opened in Moscow  In 1997 the company changed its structure and formed a new branch. Marine agent Ruscont started working. Another company within “Rusmarine” – “Rusmarine-Forwarding” was founded. It was organized to manage the terminal at the “Severnaja Verf LTD” and do business with the Baltic customs zone Warehouse, organized in 1998

 In March 1999 “Rusmarine” became an agent of the Japanese Hailer NYK line. “Rusmarine-Forwarding” started working as operator at the terminal “Turuhtannye Ostrova”  In July 2000 “Rusmarine” – an agent of European Short-sea carries OPDR- Hamburg.  2002 – new subsidiary was opened in Novorossiysk  2003 – Logistic Division started working. Rusmarine Transport Companies Group included “Rusmarine” and “Ruscont Agency” Marine Agencies, “Rusmarine- Forwarding”companies and Joint Logistic Division with offices in Saint- Petersburg, Moscow and Novorossiysk  2007 – new subsidiary was opened in Rostov-on-Don  In 2007 special transport company “Rusmarine-Transport” was opened in Novorossiysk Rusmarine Group.
