Diversity What’s diversity mean ? Diversity means differences. Such as, "People from different cultures live in a community, making it a diverse place to live

What’s different in community? For example ; Sex Skin Culture Age Status Etc.

How to develop respect of diversity The organization needs to create the common rule for workplace diversity Encourage workplace diversity for example , people in a department come from different background

How to develop respect of diversity Creating diversity training, encourage people to be aware of how different people enhance the efficiency of organization The organization must have a policy not to promote only individual group of people. We need to treat all people equally regardless of their race, culture, gender, age etc.

How to develop respect of diversity Creating workplace environments and practices that encourage learning from others and capture the advantage of diverse perspectives Show the benefit of diversity for both colleague and customer.

How to be a role model for respect of diversity. Accept the other people’s thought or idea No discrimination Consideration employer from their ability and performance not appearance.
