Who made and designed it The mouse was designed by Ferdinand Porsche who also designed the Porsche motor car. Ferdinand Porsche was a member of the Nazi party. Made by Germany. Only 2 were made, Only one was finished.

Details of the Mouse Type. SUPER HEAVY TANK! Produced. 1944. Weight. 188 tonnes. Length. 10.2 metres. Width. 3.71 metres. Height. 3.63 metres. The walls of the tank were 460mm thick.

What went wrong! The tank was too heavy to go over bridges. By the time this tank was ready the war was almost finished. Only 2 were built. The Germans packed one with bombs that accidentally blew up and destroyed the tank. The mouse never saw combat. It could not go over 13km per hour.
