A program of the Peer-to-Peer Exchange Program Purpose: To provide the opportunity for current immunization managers who would like to advance their management skills - and their country’s immunization program - to visit an immunization manager in another country to learn from that program's successes and challenges Intended outcome: Immunization managers benefiting from the program write a Plan of Action, upon return to their country, detailing how lessons learned will be applied to strengthen their skills and their immunization program March 20, Inaugural IAIM Webinar

A program of the Peer-to-Peer Exchange Program Details Peer-to-peer exchange visits: – Typically last one week – Are focused on a management theme chosen by the immunization manager applying for the peer-to-peer exchange (the “Peer Requestor”) – Are supported by a “Peer Supporter”- an immunization manager in another country who possesses experience in the area of interest March 20, Inaugural IAIM Webinar
