Group 3

Goals:  Design a functioning temperature controller.  Ensure that assembly cost is below that of Johnson Digital Temperature Controller.  The temperature controller must be compatible with existing heating and cooling equipment.  Must have overload protection.  The cord of the temperature probe should be of sufficient length to reach a fermenting vessel up to 10 feet away.

Specifications:  The temperature controller must be compatible with existing heating and cooling equipment.  Operating range must be between 35°F and 75°F.  Must regulate temperature within 5% of set-point.

Work Completed Thus Far:  Decided on specifications for overall project.  Have designed and are now in he process of testing circuit. (Via Multisim)  Components to be used have been selected for the moment, unless testing proves otherwise.
