 There are various kinds of files e.g. MS Word, movie and are saved all in folders.  You may label each folder based on categories: goal setting, reflection, professional development article, etc.  Provide a template using available software to link all the files, e.g. MS word, MS PowerPoint.  When it’s time to submit the portfolio, you can burn the template, folder and its contents onto a CD.

 All the contents are put into one file including images, video, sound, web links, etc.  The file are divided into pages or slides which are based on the categories needed in portfolio. E.g. goal setting page, reflection page, etc.  Use only one of available software as the basic template e.g. MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS FrontPage, Macromedia Flash, Movie Maker, etc.

 Web 2.0. technology gives school practitioners more chances to build web based portfolio.  Some websites specifically design for class management and portfolio builder.  We can also customized blog or other interactive website to create on-line portfolio.  It can be accessed easily by wide- ranging audience.

 Your team need to decide and divided into three expert groups.  One group will attend one of three workshop about digital portfolio making in week 1 next term 2.  The workshop are: 1. Digital Portfolio using MS office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Publishers, plus Adobe PDF) 2. Customized Portfolio using MS FrontPage 3. On-line Portfolio (rcampus.com, blogger, think.com)
