Install the Report Template Step 1 - From the reports page, select the report, and click Add. Next, select the Executive category, and choose “End of Year Report” Step 2 – Click “Add It Now”, and wait for 15 seconds for the report to be added. Next, click “Finish”. Step 3 – Delete the report, and then re-add the report to account for the chapter order bug.

Relative Date Changes Components Requiring a Change o Table o Matrix o Bar Chart o Pie Chart Settings to Change o Cumulative Days Since Discovery (Vulnerability Discovered) o Mitigated Databases Days Since Mitigation (Vulnerability Mitigated) o Change the Relative Date o Assuming Date the report will run is January 15, each number must be increased by 15.

Change Matrix (Cumulative) Step 1 – From the reports page, select the report and click “Edit” Step 2 – Click the Definition tab, then choose the Executive Summary Chapter. (Matrices are only in this chapter) Open the matrix and select a row by holding the mouse key while moving to right. Click Edit Filter, then go to Date Filters and change the “Vulnerability Discovered” dates.

Assuming the date the report is run were January 17, you would increase the numbers by 17. o Between 288 days and 382 days ago. Note that this will be required for mitigated bar chart components only.

Change Pie Chart (Mitigated) Step 1 – From the reports page, select the report and click “Edit”. Navigate to the “Definition Tab”, choose a quarter chapter, and expand the group after the “Remediated Vulnerabilities” section. These groups are the only ones with a pie chart. Step 2 – Click the “Edit” button next to the Bar Chart Step 3 – Click “Edit Filter” Step 4 – Go to Date Filters and change the “Vulnerability Mitigated” dates. Note that this will be required for mitigated pie chart components.
