Preferred option of Church Stretton School

By aiming to meet the National Planning Policy Framework By aiming to meet the aspirations of the Church Stretton; Area Strategic Action Plan Place Plan Town Plan Towards 2013 Provide land for affordable, second stage and open market housing; and small scale innovative employment development. To link first class field sports facilities to our new Leisure Centre for our students and the community. Prevent students from going off site to use rugby pitch. Prevent students from creating muddy pavements after lessons. To provide changing facilities for outdoor sports. To improve safeguarding.

Increase playing field provision by 1.7 hectares (78%) To create additional pitches. To secure space for a running track and MUGA To secure space for outdoor changing provision. Use the slope of the ground to create grass stepped spectator viewing. Improved Health & Safety – safer pitches, better drainage. More opportunities for community use.
