Add MCA21 portal in list of trusted sites.  Open the browser  Choose Tools>>Internet Options.  Click 'Security' tab and select 'Trusted Sites‘.  Click on 'Sites' button.  Enter the url of the site ' in the textbox under 'Add this Web site to the zone :' and click ' Add' button.  Click 'OK' button.  Reopen the browser window

 Appointed by CG under section 396 of The Companies Act 2013  RoC is responsible for registration of companies falling in his jurisdiction.  Ensures that such registered companies comply with the provisions under the Act.  In short, RoC Deals with the administration of the Companies Act,2013.  He also acts as a Registry of Records

Obtain DSC And DIN Checking Availability of Name Preparing MoA and AoA Application for Incorporation Certificate of Incorporation

1. Issued by MCA ( Unique identification number )  to person who wants to become director 2. Relevant Form – DIR 3 3. Attachments (Self Attested) :  Proof of Identity  Proof of Residence  Affidavit in Form DIR-4

 DSC is digital Equivalent of physical signatures(As per IT Act)  DSC is mandatory for electronic submission of forms by MCA.  Documents Required  Duly filled DSC Application Form  Proof of Identity  Proof of Residence

 Provide 6 required names in order of preference (with meanings of coined word)  Relevant MCA Form – INC 1  Names requested must not be undesirable as per Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014  Name validity: 60 Days
